Warning! You do this at your own risk! Take your sim card and memory card from the phone before the reset. All personal data from the phone (contacts, pictures, messages, apps, games, files) will be deleted! Please, if you can, make a backup before!

1.Power off your phone.ok
2.Press together volume up + home button + power button.ok
3.When you see Samsung logo leave your fingers of the phone.ok
4.Select "wipe data/factory reset" with volume buttonss.ok
5.Press power to confirm.ok
6.Select "yes" with volume buttons.ok
7.Press power button to confirm.ok
8.Wait untill format is complete.ok
9.Select "reboot".ok
10.Wait until the phone restarts.ok
